1. What do I get for my money?

  • All services shall be listed in the retention agreement sent to you by your attorney. Depending on the package, you will also get time with your attorney to ask any additional questions.

2. What happens if I have questions about my contract?

  • Most packages includes time with your attorney to ask any questions. However, you can always purchase additional time from your attorney upon request.

3. Who is reviewing my contract?

  • A licensed attorney.

4. Why is it so affordable?

  • By automating as many tasks as possible, Your Contract Shop has lower overhead than a traditional law firm and can pass these savings onto you, the client. Your Contract Shop has reevaluated every aspect of the legal business model with an eye toward efficiency and endeavor to offer a “no-frills” practice that focuses on clients’ needs. There are no offices, full-time assistants, or any non-essential items that contribute to our overhead.

5. Are you my attorney on retainer?

  • No. Any services are offered on a limited scope basis - which means that once your services are completed, your attorney no longer represents you until you purchase another package.
